WiseMove Connect is an automated introduction platform that connects individuals and businesses ("Users") with verified specialist partners ("Partners"). We do not provide advice, recommendations, or financial promotions. Our role is strictly limited to facilitating introductions.

3. User Obligations

When using our Platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information. • Maintain the security of any account credentials. • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes. • Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform.

4. Regulated Services

Certain categories on our Platform (including but not limited to Mortgages, IFA/Financial Planning, Commercial Finance, Business Insurance, and Funeral Plans) are "Introduction-only" services. WiseMove Connect does not provide regulated advice. Users are introduced to an authorised Partner who provides their own regulated service independently. You should conduct your own due diligence before engaging any Partner.

5. Fees and Commission

Our service is free for Users. We may receive a commission from Partners for successful introductions.

6. Limitation of Liability

WiseMove Connect is not liable for any services provided by Partners. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by Partners. Any agreement for services is strictly between the User and the Partner.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WiseMove Connect and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
