Partner Introducer Agreement

This Partner Introducer Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which WiseMove Connect (“we”, “us”, “our”) will introduce potential customers (“Leads”) to you (“Partner”, “you”, “your”). By completing the WiseMove Connect Partner Onboarding Form, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. About WiseMove Connect

WiseMove Connect is a UK based introducer platform operated by a single administrator. We connect businesses, property professionals, and introducers with trusted service partners across a range of categories.

We act strictly as an introducer, not as an agent, broker, adviser, or representative.

2. Our Role

We will:

  • Collect customer enquiries
  • Match enquiries to relevant partners
  • Route introductions automatically
  • Track partner outcomes
  • Generate invoices for successful introductions
  • Manage introducer commissions (where applicable)

We do not:

  • Provide advice
  • Guarantee customer suitability
  • Guarantee partner performance
  • Enter into contracts on your behalf
  • Negotiate terms between you and the customer

3. Your Role as a Partner

You agree to:

  • Contact Leads promptly
  • Provide accurate, professional service
  • Update the introduction outcome (Won / Lost / Not Suitable)
  • Pay the agreed introducer fee for each successful introduction
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate insurance and qualifications (where relevant)

You are solely responsible for the services you provide to customers.

4. Introductions

An “Introduction” occurs when we send you a Lead’s details via:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp

Each introduction includes:

  • Customer name
  • Contact details
  • Postcode
  • Service category
  • Enquiry description

You must treat all Leads as confidential.

5. Fees & Commission Structure

You agree to pay WiseMove Connect an introducer fee for each Lead you convert into a paying customer.

5.1 Fee Types

Fees may be:

  • Fixed fee
  • Percentage of project value
  • Recurring monthly fee (where applicable)

The fee for each category is defined in the WiseMove Connect Fee Table.

5.2 Commission Splits

WiseMove Connect may share a portion of the introducer fee with registered introducers. This does not affect the amount you pay.

5.3 Invoicing

When you mark a Lead as Won, the system will:

  • Generate an invoice automatically
  • Email it to you
  • Track payment status

5.4 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date
  • Late payments may result in reminders or suspension of introductions

6. Lead Ownership & Attribution

  • Leads introduced by WiseMove Connect remain attributable to us for 12 months
  • If the customer engages you within this period, the introducer fee applies
  • You must notify us of any delayed conversions

7. Partner Conduct Requirements

You agree to:

  • Provide honest, transparent pricing
  • Deliver services with reasonable care and skill
  • Not mislead or pressure customers
  • Not misuse customer data
  • Not pass Leads to third parties without permission

We may suspend or remove partners who breach these standards.

8. Data Protection

Both parties must comply with:

  • UK GDPR
  • Data Protection Act 2018
  • PECR

WiseMove Connect acts as the Data Controller. You act as a Data Processor when handling customer data.

You must:

  • Keep data secure
  • Use it only for contacting the Lead
  • Not use it for marketing without your own lawful basis
  • Delete data when no longer required

A full Data Processing Addendum (DPA) forms part of this Agreement.

9. Confidentiality

You must keep all Leads, business information, and system data confidential.

You may not:

  • Share Leads with third parties
  • Sell or trade customer data
  • Disclose WiseMove Connect processes or pricing

10. Liability

WiseMove Connect is not liable for:

  • Your advice or services
  • Customer outcomes
  • Losses arising from your actions
  • Delays or failures caused by third parties

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice.

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices remain payable
  • You must delete customer data
  • Lead attribution continues for introductions already made

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website or onboarding form. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
